Control
Center
It consists
on a rack with 2 PC´s a server and an unit UPS. Desk with 3 monitors with
keyboard and mouse.

controls all the process machines, the auxiliary plants, the matter tanks
prevail and tanks of product deposit and by-products.

Synchronizes the operation and production of the whole plant.

Allows the
visualization of tasks of each unit individually in real time.

Allows
taking the statistics of consumptions, production, times of wait, times of
having stopped by damages, localization of flaws, pursuit of maintenance of
each equipment, record and projection of individual production and group.

Assign
units to increase or to diminish the production.

Disable
equipments for preventive or corrective maintenance .

at distance
to
all the functions and statistical of the plant via Internet.
