  1. Automation 

Advance software and hardware that controls all the functions of the different   machines all pluged into the Control Center

  • Auto-test of the different electromechanical components that assure the correct operation of the equipments. 
  • Administers the raw matters and the functions of the processes of elaboration of the biodiesel. 
  • Adjust programmable for each elaboration step, sensing the pressure, temperature and times of the processes, guaranteeing the obtaining of biodiesel of constant quality and that it fulfills the international Standards ASTM - DIN
  • Allows the change of raw materials without physical modifications of the plants. 
  • Allows the exact and repetitive dosage of the raw materials used in the process. 
  • Avoids human errors. 
  • Allows managing processes, times, pressures and temperatures in real time the 24 Hs the 7 days of the week.

 

  • Minimizes the quantity of personnel employee in the handling of the equipments. 
  • Minimizes the possibility of the personnel's accidents, when not having to manipulate matters dangerous cousins. 
  • In the event of electric power cut, it evaluates the possibility to continue with the biodiesel elaboration process or tomiscarry the production that didn't achived the programmed level of quality to a miscarry tank
  • Programming changes by an infra-red remote control and visualization in the Display of the equipment. 
  • Connection of the equipments with the Center of Control. 
  • Service program that allows the verification of the systems and the localization of flaws. 
  • Allows the amplification of the plant, simply adding process equipments in parallel with those already existent. 
  • The system emits different alarms in the case of programming changes without the user's due identification, matter lack prevails, unexpected situations of pressure, temperature or electromechanical flaws, it lacks of space in the tanks for products, obstruction of pipes, etc. 
  • Back-up batteries for the feeding of the electronic brain during an energy cut, allows to memorize the process until the moment of the cut and to continue the process once reestablished the electric power supply to the plant.

3.  Control Center

It consists on a rack with 2 PC´s a server and an unit UPS. Desk with 3 monitors with keyboard and mouse.  

·         Sense and controls all the process machines, the auxiliary plants, the matter tanks prevail and tanks of product deposit and by-products. 

·         Synchronizes the operation and production of the whole plant. 

·         Allows the visualization of tasks of each unit individually in real time. 

·         Allows taking the statistics of consumptions, production, times of wait, times of having stopped by damages, localization of flaws, pursuit of maintenance of each equipment, record and projection of individual production and group. 

·         Assign units to increase or to diminish the production. 

·         Disable equipments for preventive or corrective maintenance . 

·         Access at distance to all the functions and statistical of the plant via Internet. 

·         Allows to work simultaneously with different raw materials blends

·         Helps on-line and remote tested of flaws via Internet.

    • Optimize the automation of the plant. 
    • Recycles and recover the raw materials surpluses of the process, reducing the production cost considerably. Allows obtaining of valuable by-product for sale or consumption.

  1. Engineering Design of Plants 

  According to the floor plan of the site where the plant will be installed, we carried out the following engineering design: 

  • Calculation and distribution of tanks, auxiliary plants, process plants, control center, etc. 

  • Calculation, distribution and characteristic of electric pipes.

  •  Vehicular accesses, it loads and it discharges.

  1. Setting Up, Hand Key  

  The setting up team will carry out on the installation site, the following tasks:   

  • Advice and installation supervision in the interconnection of all units. 
  • Training of the personnel's that will be in charge of the plant operation
  • Adjust and programming of all the units, according to the matters used cousins. 
  • Installation of the Control Centre. 
  • Elaboration of a complete biodiesel process for its analysis.
